Welcome to the University of Southern Mindanao (USM) AGAPAY Ticketing System. This platform allows authorized users—Students, Faculty, Staff, Parents/Guardians, Suppliers, and Alumni—to raise support tickets and service requests concerning various university services.
Purpose and Scope
- This ticketing system is provided for legitimate inquiries, concerns, and service requests related to university operations, events, facilities, academics, logistics, or administrative matters.
- Each user role is granted specific access and is expected to use the system in accordance with its intended purpose.
User Responsibilities
- All users must provide accurate and complete details when submitting tickets.
- Impersonation, submitting irrelevant or fraudulent tickets, and misuse of this system are strictly prohibited.
- Users are responsible for monitoring the status of their submitted tickets and responding promptly when necessary.
Data Privacy and Security
- Your personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
- All data provided will be used solely for resolving your concern and may be shared internally with appropriate USM departments.
- Users are advised to safeguard their account credentials and avoid sharing sensitive information through tickets unless necessary.
System Use and Prohibited Actions
- Any activity that disrupts system performance, including spam, abusive language, or repeated invalid submissions, is not allowed.
- Violators may face account suspension, ticket dismissal, or legal consequences under relevant Philippine laws (e.g., RA 10175 – Cybercrime Prevention Act).
Limitations and Liability
- While USM will do its best to resolve concerns promptly, we cannot guarantee immediate resolution for all ticket submissions.
- The university is not liable for any damages or delays resulting from system downtime, misuse, or technical errors.
Acceptance of Terms
- By submitting a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- USM reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. Continued use of the system indicates your acceptance of any changes.
